The Ste. Genevieve County License Bureau and Chamber of Commerce will soon move into the building that formerly housed Rob Huelskamp’s law office
The Ste. Genevieve License Office is excited to announce its upcoming move to a new and improved location. The office will close its doors at the current facility on Aug. 29, and reopen at its new home on Sept. 4, at 296 Market Street.
This relocation marks more than just a change of address – it represents a unique partnership. The License Office will now share space with the Ste. Genevieve Chamber of Commerce, bringing two important community-serving entities together under one roof.
“This is a positive step forward for our town,” said Dena Kreitler, executive director of the Ste. Genevieve Chamber of Commerce. “By combining resources in a central location, we’re making services more accessible, efficient, and welcoming for residents and visitors alike. It’s a win for both organizations and, most importantly, for the community we serve.”
The new location on Market Street offers convenient access in the heart of downtown Ste. Genevieve. The partnership also opens the door for increased collaboration, making it easier for residents and businesses to access both vital licensing services and community development resources in one stop.
The License Office and Chamber of Commerce invite the public to visit the new location once it opens in September. Both organizations are committed to providing friendly, efficient service while continuing to invest in the growth and success of Ste. Genevieve.
Key Dates:
August 29, 2025 – Last day of service at the current License Office location
September 4, 2025 – Reopening at 296 Market Street (shared with the Chamber of Commerce)
