Visitation was at Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Sunday, November 12, 2023 from 12:00 pm till 3:00 pm. Service was at Basler Funeral Home on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at 3:00 pm till 4:00 pm.
Private burial was at Valle Spring Cemetery in Sainte Genevieve, MO.
Memorials can be made to Am. Cancer Society or St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
He was a member of Sons of Am. Legion in Ste. Genevieve, Ste. Genevieve Eagles, and Ste. Genevieve Jaycee’s. Rosco was a hard worker with endless generosity. He was very comical and he was loved by all. Rosco loved his family very much and will be missed by all who knew him.
