Susan Eckenfels, 63 years old, of Sainte Genevieve, MO, died Thursday, October 12, 2023 at The Arbors at Parkwood Meadows in Sainte Genevieve, MO.

She was born March 27, 1960 in Perryville, MO and was married to Robert Eckenfels on June 9, 1984.

She is survived by Husband, Robert Eckenfels of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Three Daughters, Michelle Champion of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Kayla (Todd) Gegg of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Emily Eckenfels (Josh Humbolt) of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Son, Matthew (Emily) Eckenfels of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Brother, Phillip Tucker of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Sister, Joyce (James) Skaggs of Bismark, MO; Grandchildren, Leah and Maci Champion; Evan and William Gegg; Ava Humbolt.

She was preceded in death by Father, William Tucker; Mother, Verna C. (Regelsperger) Tucker.

Visitation was at Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Sunday, October 15, 2023 from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm and Monday, October 16, 2023 from 8:00 am till 9:30 am.

Service was at St. Joseph Church in Zell on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 10:00 am.

The Clergy was Rev. Ryan Weber.

Burial was at Eckenfels Family Farm in Zell, MO.

Memorials can be made to Alzheimer’s Assn. or St. Joseph School.

Sue was a dedicated mother, wife and she loved being a grandmother.  She enjoyed riding motorcycles with Bob, shopping, camping, cooking but most of all Sue loved her family and friends and she will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
