Robert “Bob” “Poobah” Joseph Kraenzle

Robert “Bob” aka “Poobah” Joseph Kraenzle, 72 years old, of Sainte Genevieve, MO, died Friday, October 13, 2023 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

He was born March 18, 1951 in Cape Girardeau, MO and was married to Janice (Rose) Kraenzle on June 10, 1972.

He is survived by  Wife, Janice S Kraenzle of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Two Daughters, Anna (Pero) Dudaric of St. Louis, MO, Michelle (Steve) Shaffer of Sylvan Grove, KS; Brother, David M (Karen) Kraenzle of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Grandchildren, Walker and Madilyn Shaffer; Many in-laws, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by Father, Edgar A. Kraenzle; Mother, Doris M. Kraenzle; Grandson, Joshua Dudaric.

Visitation will be at Church of Ste. Genevieve in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Friday, October 27, 2023 from 9:00 am till 10:00 am.

Service will be at Church of Ste. Genevieve on Friday, October 27, 2023 at 10:00 am.

Burial will follow at Valle Spring Cemetery in Sainte Genevieve, MO.

Memorials can be made to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Bob was a member of Knights of Columbus 1037 and Elks Lodge 2674 in Sainte Genevieve. He was an avid Cardinals and Blues fan. Bob enjoyed playing horseshoes, bowling and golf. He loved afternoon “lemonade sessions” with his brother trying to solve world problems.
