She was born February 17, 1943 in St. Louis, MO.

She is survived by Four Daughters, Gloria Whaley (Russ Pinard) of Quechee, VT, Deborah Grass (Jason Benetti) of Bloomsdale, MO, Linda (Melvin) Stumbaugh of Fredericktown, MO, Patricia Grass of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Son, James (Michelle) Whaley of Park Hills, MO; Sister, Donna Herbst of Edwardsville, IL; Brother, Robert Follis of Saint Louis, MO; Grandchildren, Keith, Joshua, Matthew and Logan Whaley, Theresa (Jason) Harbison, Mark (Marcy) Stumbaugh, Gary Williams, Shawn Williams (Brittney Carron); Great Grandchildren, Emma, Karyssa, Alex, Charlee, Brittney, Paige, Paislee, Boston, Grant, Owen, Conor, Dakota ad Abby.

She was preceded in death by First Husband, Milton Keith Whaley; Second Husband, Larry J. Grass, Sr.; Father, James Herbert Follis;  Mother, Dorothy Gloria (Finch)  Follis; Sister, Pam Reid; Brother, David Follis; Grandson, John “J.J.” Williams.

Service and burial were at Hideaway Acres Cemetery, 8413 Jackson School Rd., Bloomsdale, MO 63627 on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 3:00 pm.

Sharon enjoyed doing crafts, working with home health as a caregiver as long as she was able, but most of all she loved spending time and talking with her grandchildren.
