Mary (Ellison) Folkerts, 70 years old, Of Bloomsdale, MO, died Saturday, September 9, 2023 at her home in Bloomsdale, MO.

She was born July 17, 1953 in Osceola, Arkansas and was married to Wilbert Folkerts on March 25, 1972 in Perryville, MO.

She is survived by Husband, Wilbert Folkerts of Bloomsdale, MO; Son, Christopher (Cassondra) Folkerts of Bloomsdale, MO; Daughter, Amy (Kevin) (Folkerts) Martin of Bloomsdale, MO; Grandson, TreyGail Folkerts; Granddaughters, MeKenzi Folkerts, Emily (Ivan) White, Lindsey Martin, Mandy Martin; Great-grandsons, Jayce Parmer, Kydian White; Great-granddaughter, Avah White; Sister, Martha (Fred) Smetzer; Many cousins, nephews, and nieces.

She was preceded in death by Mother, Mildred Maxine Ellison; Father, Leroy Ellison; Sister, Sandy O’Dell; Brother, Bobby Parks.

Visitation will be at Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm.

Service will be at Basler Funeral Home on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 12:00 pm.

The Clergy will be Chaplain Mark McMullin.

Burial will be at Crestlawn Cemetery in Sainte Genevieve, MO.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to family use to be used towards Ovarian Cancer Awareness.

Mary was a loving person inside and out. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and never met a stranger. She loved camping, baking, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
