Input Sought For 2024 Eclipse

For the second time in seven years, Ste. Genevieve will be in the center of a total solar eclipse next spring.

The eclipse will take place April 8, with Ste. Genevieve County appearing to be right in the center of the band.

A group from the city, county and Chamber of Commerce has started meeting to make plans. Input from residents is being sought. Anyone interested in helping make plans should contact the Ste. Genevieve Chamber of Commerce at 573-883- 3686 or info@stegenchamber.org.
