Stephen Dwayne Gilmer, 30 years old, of Saint Louis, MO, died Sunday, August 6, 2023.

He was born September 30, 1992 in Granite City, IL.

He is survived By Father, Dennis (Lisa) Gilmer of Fredericktown, MO; Mother, Terra Lynn Smallmon of Saint Louis, MO; Girlfriend, Abigail Johnson; Son, Trexten Gilmer; Daughter, Margeaux Gilmer; Step-Sons, Koden and Braylen Zorumski; Three Sisters, Ashley Smallmon, Shelby Smallmon, and Jamieson Kemper; Step-Sister, Skylar Green; Step-Brother, Josh Hawn; Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by Sister, Samantha Gilmer; Grandparents, Wilbert (Margie) Gilmer; Grandfather, Ronald Smallmon; Grandmother, Diana Foster.

Visitation will be at Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 10:00 am until service time of 12:00 p.m.

Memorial Service will be at Basler Funeral Home on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 12:00 p.m.

Stephen “Steve-O” loved playing baseball, football, and watching sports. He loved his kids with all his heart. Stephen enjoyed working with his hands and doing electrical work. Steve-O always had a smile on his face and a big heart.
