He was a member of First Presbyterian Church as an elder and deacon. He was proud of his Union and was a brick layer for 42 years. When we went for rides, he would point to brick buildings and say, “I Built That.” There were many brick buildings around with his initials and fingerprints. Tom loved camping with our 6 kids, refinishing furniture, wood working, and gardening. He passed away in his sleep and that’s the way he wanted to go!
