Louise Brown

Louise Brown, 84 years old, of Saint Mary, MO, died Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Ste. Gen. Co. Memorial Hospital in Sainte Genevieve, MO.

She was born April 19, 1938 in Kaskaskia, IL and was married to Harold Brown on May 7, 1960.

She is survived by Husband, Harold Brown of Saint Mary, MO; Daughter, Julie (Mike) Brown Patton of Wildwood, MO; Son, Travis H. (Kelly S.) Brown of Columbia, MO; Brother, Scott (Jan) Brown of Perryville, MO; Sister, Sherry (Dale) Clifton of Perryville, MO; Grandchildren, Sydelle (Dylan) Gray, Selia Tockman, Olivia Brown & Levi Brown.

She was preceded in death by Father, Russel Brown; Mother, Rose (Grabe) Brown; Three Sisters, Margaret Adams, Maxine Messmer, Mildred Bollinger; Brother, Earl Brown.

Service will be at Brown Cemetery in St. Mary, MO 63673 (PCR 832, Perry County) on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 2:00 pm.

The Clergy will be Rev. Don Estes.

Burial will be at Brown Cemetery in St. Mary, MO.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Brown Cemetery Association, 501C3.

She was a member of Perryville United Methodist Church.  Louise was known for producing hybrid irises as an avid gardener, along with maintaining voluminous hummingbirds each summer.  As a professional baker she made customized cakes for birthdays, weddings and anniversaries.  Louise kept the books for the farm, cooked meals and took care of the logistics for over 50 years.
