Lacey and Curtis Mattingly of St. Mary, Missouri announce the birth of their son, Cullen Richard at 1:58PM, on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital in Ste. Genevieve, MO.

He weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces and was 19 ½ inches long.
