William Donald Vickers Jr., 71 years old of Sainte Genevieve, MO, died Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO.

He was born November 23, 1950 in St. Louis, MO and was married to Donna (Eck) Vickers on January 25, 1974.

He is survived by Wife, Donna Helen Vickers of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Son, Robert (Kristi) Vickers of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Daughter, Tera Lynn (John) Fry of Broken Arrow, OK; Sister, Debra Lee Dees of Ina, IL; Three Granddaughters, Amanda Kirsten Walls of Broken Arrow, OK, Sydney Elaine (Garrett) Siebuhr of Sedalia, MO, Olivia Rogan Vickers of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Grandson, Marshall Lee Fry of Sedalia, MO; Great-granddaughter, Darlene Elizabeth Walls of Ashburn, VA; Also survived by many Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by Father, William Donald Vickers Sr.; Mother, Velva Marie (Call) Vickers; Aunt, Nellie May Smith; Uncle, Iva James Smith; Many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Visitation will be at Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Sunday, January 23, 2022 from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm and Monday, January 24, 2022 from 8:00 am till 10:00 am.

Service will be at Basler Funeral Home on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 10:00 am.

The Clergy will be Rev. Craig Reiter.

Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO Monday, January 24, 2022 at 12:30 pm

Memorials can be made to Serenity Hospice or Perryville Veterans Memorial

Bill proudly served his country in the US Army from December  1969 to August 1992. He toured in Viet Nam, Fort Carson Colorado, Amburg Germany, Bamburg Germany, Wildflecken Germany, and Fort Knox Kentucky. He was a member of the VFW Post 2210, Elks Lodge, National Rifle Association, Elder at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, and Illinois- Missouri Roadriders Motorcycle Club.
