Local digest: Racing series banquet Sunday

The Ste. Genevieve County Racing Series will recap the shortened 2021 series season this week.

The banquet will take place from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2022, at the Ste. Genevieve Jaycees Hall.

This is a potluck dinner banquet. 

The racing series will provide the main dish, and drinks and adult beverages will be available for purchase at the Jaycees Hall. No outside drinks and adult beverages will be allowed on the premises.

The hall is located on United States Highway 61, one mile south of Ste. Genevieve, south of the Bourbon Road and Port Authority entrance.

Awards will be presented to top drivers.

The 2021 series results will be released in the Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2022, edition of the Ste. Genevieve Herald.
