Wendell J Shuh

Wendell J Shuh, 80 years old of Sainte Genevieve, died Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Riverview At The Park in Sainte Genevieve, MO.

He was born April 1, 1941 in Sainte Genevieve, MO and was married to Carroll (Wipfler) Shuh on October 6, 1962.

He is survived by Wife, Carroll Shuh of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Sister, Mary (Dennis) Pfaff of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Niece, Dana Womack; 3 Great-Nephews and 1 Great-Niece.

He was preceded in death by Two Brothers, Welton Shuh, Frederick Shuh; Father, Wendell A. Shuh; Mother, Thresia (Bahr) Shuh; Niece, Denise Nixon.

Private services will be held.

Burial will be at Sts. Philip and James Cemetery in River Aux Vases, MO.

Memorials can be made to Crown Hospice or Alzheimer’s Association.

He was a member of Ste. Genevieve Lions, Knights of Columbus 1037, National IH Collectors Club of which he was a Director for 12 years. Wendell was a board member for Riverview Manor for 17 years. He also made 52 White House Jesuit retreats and was a board member for 10 years. Wendell owned and operated Shuh Fuel & Excavating and C & W Ice and was a director of the Fuel and Ice Associations. Loving his farm and “Red IH”, Wendell never met a stranger, loving life and new challenges. Most of all, Wendell loved God, his wife, and his family.
