He was born November 22, 1945 in Ste Genevieve, MO and was married to Nowetta “Neat” (Statler) Abt on May 3, 1969.

Visitation was at Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Saturday, November 6, 2021.

Service was at Basler Funeral Home on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 12:00 pm. The Clergy was Rev. Henry Purcell.
