Quintin T. Huck, 89 years old, of Sainte Genevieve, MO, died Friday, October 22, 2021 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO.

He was born July 23, 1932 in Bloomsdale, MO.

He is survived by Four Daughters, Kathleen Brown of Chester, IL, Gail Huck of Poplar Bluff, MO, Jeannine Kettinger of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Joanne Friedman of St. Louis, MO; Two Sons, Allan (Linda) Huck of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Dale (Jennifer) Huck of Imperial, MO; Two Sisters, Sister Marlene Huck of O’Fallon, MO, Sister Darlene Huck of O’Fallon, MO; Brother, Duane (Billie Jean) Huck of Festus, MO; Life Partner, Judi Hirte of Chester, IL; 18 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandson.

He was preceded in death by Wife, Marlene M (Kriete) Huck; Five Sisters, Agnes Smith, Augusta Werner, Eudoxia “Dot” Stuhr, Adelle Downs, Nadejda “Deet” Kertz; Three Brothers, Joseph Huck Jr., Urban Huck, Aelred Huck; Father, Joseph Huck; Mother, Gertrude (Drury) Huck

Visitation will be at Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm and Friday, October 29, 2021 from 9:00 am till 10:00 am

Service will be at Basler Funeral Home on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 10:00 am.

Burial will be at Valle Spring Cemetery in Sainte Genevieve, MO

Memorials can be made to Ste. Genevieve Nutrition Center

He was a member of Golden Age Club, CMA in St. Mary, MO.

Quintin was lifelong fiddle player and teacher. He taught over 250 people how to play the fiddle. Quintin enjoyed play with the LaGuignolee in Ste. Genevieve and Bloomsdale. He also enjoyed line dancing and loved to teach anyone to dance. Quintin owned and operated the LaHaye Street Grocery Market for many years.
