He is survived by Wife, Julie Kemper of Bloomsdale, MO; Sister, Susan (“Woots”) Carron of Bloomsdale, MO; Six Brothers, Joe (Dona) Kemper of Bloomsdale, MO, Jim (Lisa) Kemper of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Mike (Debbie) Kemper, of Bloomsdale, MO, Gerry (Dana) Kemper of Bloomsdale, MO, Danny (Tracy) Kemper of Bloomsdale, MO, Toby (Della) Kemper of Bloomsdale, MO; Son, Terry L (Charli) Moon II of Bloomsdale; grandchildren, Easton, Conor, and Lola; several nieces and nephews; furbabies, Sophie, Ash, and Lizzy.

Hewas preceded in death by Mother, Marcella A (Burgert) Kemper; Father, Leon W. Kemper.

He was a member of Saint Lawrence Church. John loved playing pool, hunting, fishing, and playing and picking on his grandchildren.
