Summer Music Series Will Resume July 9

From Staff Reports

Chattahoochee, an Alan Jackson tribute band familiar to local patrons, entertained a large crowd last Friday night.

Formed in 2015 by Illinois native Tim Campbell, with Craig Varble handling bass and vocals, Danny Rolens on drums, Jamie Johns on lead guitar, and Bellamy Brothers veteran Larry Rolens on pedal steel, the group has been a regular at the Ste. Genevieve Chamber of Commerce Concert Series.

The music series will take an off week this week, due to the July 4 holiday, then will resume July 9, with Anthology, an Allman Brothers tribute band.

More information on Anthology will appear in next week’s Herald.

All shows will begin at 8 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Tickets cost $20 per person.

Tickets may be purchased in person at the Ste. Genevieve Chamber of Commerce office, over the phone, or online using a link on the chamber’s website: stegenchamber.org.

The Herald will again raffle off two tickets to each event. The entry form above should be dropped off at the Herald office by Wednesday.

Janice Naeger and Linda Ruzicka were the winners of last week’s tickets.
