She was born June 18, 1952 in St. Louis, MO and was married to Daniel Bates on July 6, 1968.

She is survived  by Husband, Daniel Wayne Bates of Bloomsdale, MO; Two Daughters, Rebecca (Joseph) Graves of Festus, MO, Paula (Scott) Barbagallo of Hillsboro, MO; Son, Michael Anthony (Michelle Milner) Bates of Bloomsdale, MO; Brother, Paul Gene (Terry) Bieller Jr. of Bloomsdale, MO; Sister, Betty Bimes of Bloomsdale, MO; Grandchildren, Nathan Milner, Maleeyah Bates, Zander Bates, and Mia Barbagallo.

Whe was preceded in death by Mother, Ann Elizabeth Bieller and Father, Paul Bieller, Sr.

Judy’s wishes were to be cremated.

Services are private.
