Paul Franklin Johnston

Paul Franklin Johnston, 61, of Troup, Texas, passed away on January 1, 2021, in Troup, Texas. He was born April 27, 1959, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Morton Lee Johnston and Marian Edra Davis.

Paul joined the circus in his younger years and after he left the circus, he became a bartender. He lived in Troup for 10 years. He loved his family with all his heart.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Michael Allen Johnston.

He is survived by his, brother, Robert Johnston of St. Genevieve; sisters, Cathie Stowers of Troup, Edna Johnston of St. Louis, Anita Fisher of Clarksville, Tennessee, and Lois Hayden and husband Jimmie of Drummonds, Texas.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
