Mary Ann Gross of Bloomsdale died Monday, December 21, 2020 at home in Bloomsdale. She was 83 years old.
She was born December 24, 1936 in St. Louis, Missouri and was married to Fred H. Gross on September 11, 1954 in St. Louis. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her father, Eugen Noll; her mother, Maria (Boll) Noll; and by two brothers, Eugene M. Noll, and Ervin L. Noll.
She is survived by two sons, Fred E. (Glenda) Gross of Bloomsdale, John E. (Lisa) Gross of Ste. Genevieve; two daughters, Katherine Vineyard of Festus, Missouri, Mary Ann F. (Mark) Hannigan of Alton, Illinois; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside service was at Concord Cemetery on Monday, December 28, 2020 at 10 a.m. The Clergy was Deacon Jim Basler.
Burial was at Concord Cemetery in Bloomsdale.
Memorials can be made to donor’s charity of choice.
She was a member of Girls Scouts of America.
Mary Ann loved to spend her time quilting, baking, and especially enjoyed the holidays where she spent time with her loving family. She was a devoted troop leader of Girls Scouts of America for over 20 years.
