Community Center Offering Tot Soccer

The Ste. Genevieve County Community Center will be offering tot soccer for children ages 4-7.

Children will be split up based on age group (with four- and five-year-olds together, and six- and seven-year-olds combined) — based on the child’s age as of the date Feb. 27, 2021.

The program teaches basic soccer skills including dribbling, kicking, positions and basic rules.

There will be two weeks of practice, followed by four weeks of games at the Progress Sports Complex, from Saturday, Jan. 16 to Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021. Games will start at 9 a.m.

Shin guards, tennis shoes and a Level 3 soccer ball are required, and a T-shirt will be provided to all the participants.

The fee is $30.
