Christy Wehner

Christy Wehner of Ste. Genevieve died Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, Missouri.

He was born February 26, 1962 in Perryville, Missouri.

He is survived by his mother, Marilyn Wehner of Ste. Genevieve; his father, Carl Wehner of Ste. Genevieve; and a sister, Rebecca Wehner of Ste. Genevieve.

Visitation will be at Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve on Thursday, November 5, 2020 from 10 a.m. till noon.

Service will be at Basler Funeral Home on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at  noon.

The Clergy will be Rev. Edward Nemeth.

Masks are mandatory at this service.

Burial will be at in Crestlawn Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve.

Memorials can be made to St. Vincent DePaul and Operation Christmas Child at First Baptist Church.

He was a member of Ste. Genevieve Jaycees. He was once president and treasurer of the Jaycees. With the Jaycees he helped with Toys for Tots; Punt, Pass, and Kick; Winter BBQ’s; and Special Olympics. He was active with the Ste. Genevieve Golf Course and coached Little League Gym Hockey. He was also a member of Knights of Columbus.
