Norman Anthony Meyer
Norman Anthony Meyer of Ste. Genevieve died Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis,.
He was born October 14, 1945 in St. Louis, and was married to Pansy (Kemper) Meyer on September 15, 1979. She survives him in Ste. Genevieve.
He is also survived by three daughters, Angie (Sam) Worley La June (Ben) Rottler, and Alisha (Special Friend Josh) Richardson, all of Ste. Genevieve; five sons, Rick (Cindy) Hutson, Rockey Hutson, Tracy Hutson, and Lance (Mandy) Meyer of Ste. Genevieve, and Erin (Julie) Hutson of Bloomsdale; two brothers, Dave (Marta) Meyer of Chicago, Tom (Nancy) Meyer of Bloomsdale; Sister, Mary Baechle of Manchester, Missouri; Sister-in-law, Sharon Meyer of Salem, Missouri; 28 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and one on the way, one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harry L. Meyer; his mother, Otilla (Schwiess) Meyer; two brothers, Harry J. Meyer and Melbourn Meyer; aister, Glenda Fallert; grandson, Nathan Hutson; brother-in-law, Vince Baechle; sister-in-law, Donna Meyer; brother-in-law, Joe Fallert Sr.
Visitation will be at Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve on Saturday, November 7, 2020, 9-11 a.m.
Service will be at Basler Funeral Home on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 11 a.m. The Clergy will be Rev. Craig Reiter.
Burial will be at Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery at 12:00 pm.
Everyone is invited to a luncheon at the Ste. Genevieve American Legion following the service.
Memorials can be made to the Nutrition Center and Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
He was a member of Ste. Genevieve Jaycee’s and the CMA Hall.
Norman enjoyed hanging out with family and friends, going to the lake and riding side-by-sides, going to the Grandkids events, and delivering meals to all of his old ladies (as he would say).
