Chattahoochee, an Alan Jackson tribute band, will be the final  2020 Ste. Genevieve Chamber of Commerce Concert Series band this Friday.

The August 28 scheduled performance by Big Rain had to be canceled. On August 21, the Chamber will hold its annual golf tournament instead of a concert.

The Herald will continue giving away two tickets to each concert. This week Vera Suennen won two tickets to see Big Love, a Fleetwood Mac tribute band.

Chattahoochee will hit the stage at 8 p.m, Friday at the Orris Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $20.

Chattahoochee was formed in 2015 by Illinois native Tim Campbell, with Craig Varble handling bass and vocals, Danny Rolens on drums, Jamie Johns on lead guitar, and Bellamy Brothers veteran Larry Rolens on pedal steel.

They have performed along side major country artists, from opening shows with the likes of Doug Stone, Daryle Singletary and John Denver.
