Disc Golf Tourney Aug. 23

Excitement Disc Golf will present the Pere Marquette Open on Sunday, Aug. 23 at Marquette Park in Ste. Genevieve.

This is a Professional Disc Golfers Association (PDGA) “C” Tier event. 

Pre-registration is required, with check-in from 8-8:45 a.m., with tee-off time set for 9 a.m. There will be two rounds of play.

Social distancing is a must, and it will be monitored.

The cost is $50 for the open, $40 for advanced players, $35 intermediate, $30 recreational, $25 for juniors. A $10 fee will be assessed for non-PDGA players.

Golfers will have a shot at the ace pool for a $3 entry, a closest-to-the-pin (CTP) entry will cost $2. Fifty percent of CTP proceeds will go toward the d
