Ste. Genevieve License Office Not Expected To Reopen Under Current Contractor

The Ste. Genevieve license office, which handles transactions related to motor vehicles for the Missouri Department of Revenue, will not be reopening under the current contractor.
The Ste. Genevieve Chamber of Commerce posted the news on its social media page on Friday.
The office had closed in March due to the threat of the COVID-19 spread.
Wayne Grusling’s Vehicle Tax Services LLC had been operating the office since March of 2016.
The office had been operated in the four years prior to that by Bollinger County Abstract and Title Company of Marble Hill.
The contract to operate the office is up for bid through the Missouri Department of Revenue.
