The Ste. Genevieve County Health Department on Wednesday (April 1) reported three additional positive tests for COVID-19, bringing the county’s total to six.
All cases are related to the original case, according to a post on the Ste. Genevieve County Health Department’s Facebook page. All have been in quarantine since the first two cases were identified. The health department post said the three additional results “were expected as they are close family members to the original two positive cases.”
It also said all contacts have been notified by the health department.
As of 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, the department was reporting six positive tests, 50 negative and 25 pending.
