Lloyd G. Carron Jr.

Lloyd G. “Junior” Carron Jr. of Bloomsdale died on Monday, March 23, 2020, at Riverview At The Park in Ste. Genevieve. He was 74 years old.
He was born April 2, 1945, in Bloomsdale, a son of Lloyd G. Carron Sr. and Eleanor (Zerwig) Carron.
He was married to Janet (Sweeney) Carron on May 21, 1966, and she survives in Bloomsdale.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Craig Carron and his wife Anita of Cape Girardeau, Calvin Carron and his wife Tammy of Bloomsdale; one son-in-law, Tim Naeger of Ste. Genevieve; three brothers, Elmo Carron and his wife Sandy of Farmington, William Carron and his wife Patricia of Bloomsdale, Andy Carron and his wife Shelly of Ste. Genevieve; one sister, Mary Fleeman and her husband Bill of Bloomsdale; 10 Grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Carla Naeger; one brother, Arthur “Jake” Carron; and one sister, Elvira Jaegers.
He was a member of Ste. Genevieve Pork Producers. He loved to hunt with his grandchildren and to farm. He enjoyed talking to anyone he met, and he will be missed by all who knew him.
Services will take place at a later date. Basler Funeral Home of Ste. Genevieve is handling the arrangements.
