Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrests (Feb. 23-March 1)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following arrests in Ste. Genevieve County or involving county residents from February 23 through March 1:

Charles L. Cathern, 36, male, of St. Louis was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on February 24 in Ste. Genevieve County on a Lafayette County warrant for failure to appear for weight on tandem axle exceeded 34,000.

Adrianne M. Gilman, 35, female, of Festus was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on February 29 in Ste. Genevieve County on a Ste. Genevieve County charge of fraud insufficient funds (two times).

Melvin T. Salter, 40, male, of Sardis, Mississippi, was arrested at 5 p.m. on February 26 in Ste. Genevieve County on a St. Charles Department of Corrections failure to appear for no required brake system.

(The above charges are mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.)
