Arrested Persons
Charles Daniel Morin, white male, DOB: 1/05/1978, of Grant City, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant through Buchanan County on the charge of lane violation. Bond was set at $150.00 cash only.
Ronald Austin Brooks Jr., white male, DOB: 7/08/1980, of Florissant was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges: driving while revoked/suspended, possession of marijuana, exceeded posted speed limit. Bond was set at $10,000.00 cash or surety.
Alexander Bell Barton, white male, DOB: 10/17/1979, homeless, was arrested on the following warrants: failure-to-appear warrant through Leadwood Police Department on the original charge of traffic offense (bond was set at $50.00 cash only); failure-to-appear warrant through St. Francois County on the original charge of stealing (bond was set at $2,500.00 cash or surety); failure-to-appear warrant through St. Francois County on the original charge of trespass—first degree (bond was set at $2,500.00 cash or surety); failure-to-appear warrant through St. Francois County on the original charge of child neglect (bond was set at $50,000.00).
Kenneth Dwayne Moritz, white male, DOB: 4/16/1991, of Park Hills was arrested on a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500.00 cash or surety.
Adam Joseph Naeger, white male, DOB: 7/08/1982, of Bloomsdale was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of failed to register a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $127.00 cash only.
February 8
Deputies were called to mile marker 157 on Interstate 55 for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to mile marker 141 on I-55 for animal control.
