Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrests (Feb. 16-23)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following arrests in Ste. Genevieve County or involving county residents from February 16 through February 23:

Cyanna L. Stewart, 22, female, of Fairview Heights, Illinois, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on February 17 in Ste. Genevieve County on a Ste. Genevieve County failure-to-appear warrant for driving while revoked, speed, no financial responsibility; and O’Fallon Police Department warrant for driving while suspended.

David R. Mitchell, 67, male, of Perryville was arrested at 10:52 p.m. on February 17 in Ste. Genevieve County on a Farmington Police Department failure-to-appear warrant for shoplifting.

Jerry A. Shack, 59, male, of Greenwood, Mississippi, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on February 21 in Ste. Genevieve County on a Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office failure-to-appear for operated as an interstate motor fuel user without being licensed as such.

(The above charges are mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.)
