Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office Incident Report (Feb. 1-7)

The following are incident reports from the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office for February 1 to February 7:

Arrested person, 10; alarm activation, 5; animal control, 14; assist other agency, 4; burglary, 2; check the well-being, 9; disturbance, 1; domestic violence, 2; hang-up call (911), 3; harassment, 4; missing juvenile, 2; motorist assist, 5; motor vehicle accident, 12; peace disturbance, 2; suspicious person/situation, 10; theft, 2; threats, 2; traffic hazard, 2.

Arrested Persons

Thomas Caleb Harper, white male, DOB: 2/16/1984, of Bonne Terre was arrested on the following warrants: failure-to-appear warrant through Perry County on the original charge of delivery of a controlled substance (bond was set at $10,000.00 cash only); failure-to-appear warrant through Jefferson County on the following original charges: driving while revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle, owner operated motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility (bond was set at $3,000.00 surety only).

Garrett Raymond Luttrell, white male, DOB: 12/06/1989, of St. Charles, Missouri, was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of exeeded posted speed limit. Bond was set at $173.00 cash only.

Thomas William Walters Jr., white male, DOB: 8/05/1956, of De Soto was arrested on the following warrants: failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of exceeded posted speed limit (bond was set at $164.00 cash only); warrant through Jefferson County on the charge of violation of an order of protection (bond was set at $2,000.00 cash or surety); failure-to-appear warrant on the original charge of obstruction (bond was set at $2,000.00 cash or surety).

Brittany Nicole Wilson, white female, DOB: 4/16/1985, of Farmington was arrested on a warrant through Arnold Police Department on the charge of speeding 11 to 15 miles per hour. Bond was set at $125.00 cash only.

Dylan Dakota Durand, white male, DOB: 7/06/1994, of Bloomsdale was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of driving while revoked. Bond was set at $300.00 cash only.

Billy Joe Gibson, white male, DOB: 9/22/1973, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of DWI. Bond was set at $400.00 cash only.

Mark Edward Hoff, white male, DOB: 3/03/1973, of Festus was arrested on the following warrants: failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of resisting arrest, fish with no permit (bond was set at $500.00 cash only); failure-to-appear warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of safety permit dog bite (bond was set at $200.00 cash only).

February 1

Deputies were called to the area of Highway 32 and Dorlac Road for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the post office in Bloomsdale for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the 50 block of Mill Hill Road for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the 700 block of Highway 61 to assist a person at this location.

Deputies were called to the area of Route N and Minnith Road for a suspicious person.

Deputies were called to the 3000 block of Frye Road for a 911 hang-up call.

Deputies were called to the 20000 block of Beach Lane for threats.

Deputies were called to the 400 block of Pine Street for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the area of Tower Lane to assist EMS with a person at this location.

Deputies were called to the area of Highway 61 to assist another agency.

Deputies were called to mile marker 153 on Interstate 55 to assist another agency.

Deputies were called to the 7000 block of Helms Lane to check the well-being.

February 2

Deputies were called to the area of Roth Road and Lawrenceton Cut Off for a suspicious vehicle.

Deputies were called to the area of Valley View Road and Route DD for a suspicious vehicle.

Deputies were called to mile marker 148 on I-55 for a suspicious vehicle.

Deputies were called to mile marker 147 on I-55 for a motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the 17000 block of New Bremen Road for a suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to the area of I-55 and Route OO for a suspicious vehicle.

Deputies were called to the 400 block of Cedar Street for a burglary.

Deputies were called to the 8000 block of French Village Road for a domestic disturbance.

Deputies were called to the area of Valley View Road and Three Oaks Lane to check the well-being.

February 3

Deputies were called to the area Highway 61 and Route O for a motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the 100 block of Ethlyn Drive for a suspicious package.

Deputies were called to the 6000 block of Dry Fork Road for a 911 hang-up call.

Deputies were called to the 19000 block of Route B for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the area of Route Z and Highway 61 for animal control.

February 4

Deputies were called to mile marker 153 on I-55 for a motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the 17000 block of Route B for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the 25000 block of Bidwell Creek Road to check the well-being.

February 7

Deputies were called to the 18000 block of Route B for a missing juvenile.

Deputies were called to the 13000 block of Highway 32 for a theft.

Deputies were called to mile marker 143 on I-55 for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the 9000 block of Three Oaks Lane for a suspicious person.

Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Route Y for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 19000 block of Route EE to assist a person at this location.

Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Village Drive for a peace disturbance..

This is a partial listing of activity investigated by the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office. Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.
