Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrests (Feb. 9-16)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following arrests in Ste. Genevieve County or involving county residents from February 9 through February 16:

Bonnie R. Ashby, 54, female, of Wentzville was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on February 10 in Ste. Genevieve County on patrol charges of driving while intoxicated prior offender and misdemeanor resisting arrest.

Tyler J. Uding, 22, male, of Bloomsdale was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on February 14 in Cape Girardeau County for driving while intoxicated.

Henry C. Davis, 28, male, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on February 15 in Ste. Genevieve County on a Scott County Sheriff’s Office failure-to-appear warrant for dangerous drugs.

Emily A. Byers, 37, female, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on February 15 in St. Francois County on a Board of Probation and Parole probation violation, a St. Francois County Sheriff’s Office probation violation, a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office probation violation, a Crystal City Police Department failure-to-appear two times for failure to keep proper lookout, driving while suspended and no seat belt.

Durane L. Jackson, 41, male, of Florissant was arrested at 8:20 a.m. on February 16 in Ste. Genevieve County on a St. Louis County felony warrant for obstruction.
