Arrested Persons
Terry Allen Flannery, white male, DOB: 3/07/1996, of Festus was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges: DWI, BAC, operated motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, fail to drive on right half of roadway, operated vehicle on highway without a valid license. Bond was set at $350.00 cash only.
Gary Lewis, white male, DOB: 2/26/1979, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on the following warrants: failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of driving while revoked/suspended (bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety); failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges: two counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia—prior drug offense (bond was set at $300.00 cash only); probation/parole violation warrant on the original charge of unlawful possession of a firearm (no bond allowed).
Michael James Keller, white male, DOB: 7/16/1964, of Perryville was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Crawford County on the original charge of resisting arrest. Bond was set at $1,000.00 cash only.
Shawn Anthony Berryhill, white male, DOB: 11/11/1992, of Arcadia was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of driver/front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt. Bond was set at $10.00 cash only.
Leo Louis McClain, white male, DOB: 12/16/1955, of Festus was arrested on a warrant through Arnold Police Department on the charge of speeding 11 to 15 miles per hour over. Bond was set at $150.00 cash only.
Garrett Douglas Huck, white male, DOB: 4/10/2000, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of moving traffic violation. Bond was set at $374.00 cash only.
Arthur Dwight Adams, black male, DOB: 7/14/1978, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges: two counts of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon, exceeded posted speed limit. Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety.
Edward William Schmidt Jr., white male, DOB: 12/31/1981, of Pevely was arrested on a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges: armed criminal action, assault—second degree. Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety.
