Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrests (Jan. 26-Feb. 2)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following arrests in Ste. Genevieve County or involving county residents from January 26 through February 2:

Robert C. Schweiss, 69, male, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested at 8:38 p.m. on January 26 in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated.

Caleb S. Crites, 40, male, of Columbia, Missouri, was arrested at 7:41 p.m. on January 27 on a patrol charge of felony possession of a controlled substance times two (four mushrooms and one amphetamine/dextroamphetamine pill), possession of marijuana under 10 grams (2 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Luis B. Yanez, 32, male, of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on January 28 in Ste. Genevieve County on a Butler County charge of operating a motor carrier vehicle with vision reducing.

Marneisha J. Summers, 26, female, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested at 11:37 a.m. on February 2 in Ste. Genevieve County on a Clay County warrant for two counts failure to appear — traffic violations.

(The above charges are mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.)
