Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrests (Nov. 17-24)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following arrests in Ste. Genevieve County or involving county residents from November 17 though November 24:

Troy A. Nicholson, 45, male, of Joliet, Illinois, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. on November 21 in Ste. Genevieve County on patrol charges of possession of controlled substance (1/2 gram of heroin and methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Darren A. Currier, 23, male, of Tescumbia, Alabama, was arrested at 3:12 p.m. on November 22 in Ste. Genevieve County on a Newton County warrant for failure to appear on property damage.

Shirley W. Carr, 53, female, of Doddsville, Mississippi, was arrested at 7 p.m. on November 23 in Ste. Genevieve County on a Ste. Genevieve County failure-to-appear warrant for failure to equip motor carrier with device to assure load will not shift, failure to equip vehicle with brake system, failure to keep motor carrier driving record, exceeding maximum drive time, operating a motor carrier with unsafe/improper suspension/axle/wheel/rim and or steering system.

Austin M. Mangels, 19, male, of Perryville was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on November 24 in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated.

(The above charges are mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.)
