With Snow Removal Keeping Road Foreman Busy, Special Road District’s 2020 Budget, Priorities Put Off To Future Meeting

With road foreman Paul Bauman unable to attend due to snow removal being done on district roads, not much was addressed at the November 12 Special Road District A meeting.

The board had intended to discuss the 2020 budget and 2020 paving priorities.

While Bauman was not able to attend, board chairman Paul Arnold referenced him when talking about those priorities.

“He’s talking about a couple of roads that are getting pretty bad that we ought to overlay next year,” Arnold said. “Like he said, we ought to more or less worry about overlaying current asphalt roads instead of asphalting new roads.”
