Mississippi Lime Hosts Manufacturing Day Event

Approximately 20 students from Ste. Genevieve High School visited Mississippi Lime Company as part of Manufacturing Day through Mineral Area College earlier this fall. The students were given a tour of the plant operations and participated in various hands-on exhibits and activities during the day. Manufacturing Day helps show the reality of modern manufacturing careers by encouraging thousands of companies and educational institutions around the nation to open their doors to students, parents, teachers and community leaders.
