Arrested Persons
Eddie James III, black male, DOB: 12/02/1969, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges: unlawful possession of a firearm; exceeded posted speed limit (exceeded by 20 to 25 mph). Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety.
James Douglas Dilley Sr., white male, DOB: 3/16/1973, of St. Peters was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges: failure to register motor vehicle; speeding. Bond was set at $127.00 cash only.
Summer Dawn Grein, white female, DOB: 12/04/1980, of Ironton was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Iron County on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance. No bond allowed.
Justin Scott Biancardi, white male, DOB: 9/05/1988, of Desloge was arrested on a warrant through Jefferson County on the charge of driving while revoked/suspended. Bond was set at $400.00 cash only.
Tyler Paul Bahr Jr., white male, DOB: 9/21/1988, of Bloomsdale was arrested on a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges: possession of controlled substance; driving while revoked/suspended; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000.00 cash only.

Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
