Ste. Gen. Care Center Celebrates Success For Rehab-To-Home Program

Genevieve Care Center’s Rehab-to-Home Success party took place on September 19. “It was nice to see how well our residents were doing in the community,” said Kelly Fallert, director of rehab care, which provides therapy services to long-term care residents, rehab-to-home services and outpatient services.
