Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrests (Sept. 15-21)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following arrests in Ste. Genevieve County or involving county residents from September 15 through September 21:

Dontez B. Cannady, 31, male, of West Memphis, Arkansas, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on September 15 in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of possession of controlled substance (marijuana 67 grams).

Paige J. Pollman, 24, female, of Pevely was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on September 17 on a Byrnes Mill (Missouri) Police Department warrant for traffic violation—no insurance; and a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to register motor vehicle, failure to maintain financial responsibility, operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a valid license (two times), failure to wear seat belt.

Travis C. Davis, 35, male, of Farmington was arrested at 11:54 p.m. on September 17 in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated.

(The above charges are mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.)
