A Farmington man suffered minor injuries in a single-vehicle accident on Highway 32 last week, according to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The accident took place around 11:30 p.m. on September 17 east of Friedman Road.

Travis C. Davis, 35, was driving a 2005 Dodge Dakota westbound when he failed to negotiate a curve to the right. The vehicle traveled off the roadway and overturned.

Davis was taken to Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital by the Ste. Genevieve County Ambulance District.

He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the report.

He also was charged by the Missouri State Highway Patrol with driving while intoxicated.

— A Bloomsdale man was involved in a three-car accident on Interstate 55 in St. Louis County last week.

The accident, which took place at 6:10 a.m. on September 19 north of Meramec Bottom Road, resulted in minor injuries for a De Soto woman.

Three vehicles were heading northbound when a 2012 Ford Fusion being driven by Betty S. McMullin, 72, of De Soto, slowed for traffic congestion. Jeffrey P. Conway, 31, of Arnold, failed to stop his 2016 Chevrolet Colorado in time, and the front of his vehicle struck the rear of McMullin’s Fusion. The front of the Fusion then struck the rear of a 2000 Ford F350 being driven by Dwayne E. Roth, 58, of Bloomsdale.

McMullin was taken by the Mehville Fire Protection District to Mercy Hospital South. Her injuries were the only ones reported.

McMullin and Roth were wearing seat belts, but Conway was not, according to the report.
