Arrested Persons
Melvin G. Bardo, black male, DOB: 12/27/1967, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges: felony distribution of a controlled substance in a protected location; felony delivery of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Bond was set at $25,000.00 cash or surety.
Wade Michael Schaaf, white male, DOB: 12/17/1999, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of property damage. Bond was set at $100.00 cash only.
Destiny Star Boyer, white female, DOB: 8/31/1987, of Bloomsdale was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $250.00 cash only.
Margaret Teresa Wilson, white female, DOB: 3/04/1968, of Athens, Tennessee, was arrested on a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges: felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety. No 10 percent allowed.
William Eugene Wuesthoff, white male, DOB: 03/02/1969, of St. Clair was arrested on a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges: felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less or marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid. Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety. No 10 percent allowed.

Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
