Farmington Man Suffers Serious Injuries In August 15 Accident On Highway 32
A Farmington man suffered serious injuries in a two-vehicle accident on August 15 in Ste. Genevieve County, according to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The accident took place on Highway 32 east of Oakmont Drive at around 2:37 p.m.
Sandra K. Brewer, 70, of Maryland Heights was driving a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 eastbound on Highway 32 when she made a left turn and failed to yield to a 1994 Suzuki VS800 motorcycle being driven westbound by Eric D. Seibert, 30, of Farmington.
The right side of the motorcycle struck the right rear corner of the truck.
After the impact, the motorcycle overturned and Seibert was ejected from it.
He was taken to Mercy Hospital St. Louis by Air Evac.
He was wearing a safety device, according to the report.
Brewer was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
— A Bloomsdale man suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident on August 11 on Interstate 55 in Ste. Genevieve County, according to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Corinne M. Brown, 41, of Ste. Genevieve, was driving a 2012 Dodge Challenger southbound on I-55 near mile marker 158.2 at around 9:20 p.m. when her vehicle struck the rear of a 2002 Infinity G20 being driven southbound by Randall S. Campbell, 56, of Blooomsdale.
The Challenger then drove off the right side of the roadway and suffered extensive damage.
Campbell was taken to Mercy Hospital Jefferson by the Ste. Genevieve County Ambulance District.
He was wearing a seat belt, according to the report.
Brown also was wearing a seat belt and suffered no reported injuries.
— A St. Mary woman suffered minor injuries and was arrested on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated following a single-vehicle accident on Route J in Ste. Genevieve County on August 12, according to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Cortney L. Brown, 30, of St. Mary, was driving a 2015 Ram 1500 westbound about seven-tenths of a mile east of Saline Valley Drive when the vehicle travelled off the roadway and struck an embankment.
Brown was taken by the Ste. Genevieve County Ambulance District to Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.
She was wearing a seat belt, according to the report.
