Arrested Persons

Lisa Ann Zerwig, white female, DOB: 9/08/1972, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on a warrant through Jefferson County on the charge of no insurance. Bond was set at $376.50 cash only.

Christina R. Nifong, white female, DOB: 3/29/1978, of St. Louis was arrested on a probation violation warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $25,000.00. No 10 percent allowed. Surety is allowed.

Brendan Stanley Sweeney, white male, DOB: 7/07/1995, of Festus was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of property damage. Bond was set at $1,500.00 cash or surety.

July 13

Deputies were called to the 50 block of Mill Hill Road for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Route O for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the 13000 block of Lakewood Drive for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the 17000 block of St. Mary’s Church Road to check the well-being.

Deputies were called to the 13000 Bodine Road for suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to the 8000 block of Route Y for a domestic disturbance.

Deputies were called to the area of Interstate 55 and Highway 32 for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to mile marker 154 on I-55 to assist another agency.

This is a partial listing of activity investigated by the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office. Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
