Chalking It Up: Kelley Wins Art Competition With Tiger Drawing

Chalk artist Scott K. Kelley of Cape Girardeau added some detail to his drawing of a tiger during the Chalk Art Festival on Main Street in Ste. Genevieve on Saturday.

Kelley’s entry won first place in the event.

Joy Ruby, now from Cape Girardeau and formerly from Southern California, earned second place. Ciara Miller of Farmington was the winner in the kids division
