Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrests (July 15-22)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following arrests in Ste. Genevieve County or involving county residents from July 15 through July 22:

Michael J. Shepherd, 59, male, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on July 19 in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated.

Bernard L. Davis, 66, male, of Columbus, Mississippi, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on July 20 in Ste. Genevieve County on a St. Charles County warrant for traffic offense.

Mark K. Stout, 25, male, of Pearland, Texas, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. on July 21 in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated.

Eric R. Lappe, 22, male, of St. Charles, Missouri, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. on July 21 in Ste. Genevieve County on patrol charges of exceeding the speed limit (26 mph over or more), possession of a controlled substance (10 grams of marijuana), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

(The above charges are mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.)
