Farmington Man Suffers Serious Injuries In Dump Truck Accident On Route C

A Farmington man suffered serious injuries in a one-vehicle accident on Route C in Ste. Genevieve County on Friday, June 28, according to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The accident took place around 11:41 a.m. west of Lawrenceton Cut-Off Road.

Paul D. Grsip, 68, was driving a 2008 Sterling L8500 dump truck eastbound when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.

Grsip was taken by Air Evac helicopter to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.

He was not wearing a safety device, according to the report.
