Two Local Students Receive Scholarships To Missouri State

Missouri State University in Springfield recently awarded scholarships to incoming students for the 2019-20 academic year.

 Students were selected from those who applied based on their American College Test (ACT) scores, grade point average, standing in graduating class, and leadership shown in community and school activities.

 Among students who were awarded and accepted university-funded scholarships as of May 20 were, from Ste. Genevieve County: Carter Jacob Roth (A-Plus Recognition Scholarship) and Lauren Alexis Mercer (University Scholarship).
